About Kniftons’ Mobile Toilets
Kniftons’ Mobile Toilets is a family-run business serving the Ilkeston area from Derbyshire, specialising in modern luxury mobile toilet units for events and longer-term projects. The company says it has more than 30 years’ experience and builds its own units, helping it tailor facilities to different occasions and guest numbers. Its range includes distinctive tipi, rustic and industrial-themed toilet units, with options designed for weddings and events of up to 150 or 250 guests. Units feature facilities such as ladies’ and gents’ cubicles, urinals, stone or galvanised sinks, basins, mirrors and vanity areas, with consumables included on the themed units described online. The business also supplies wrapped and styled units for outdoor celebrations, particularly tipi weddings. Portable shower hire is available alongside the toilets, including six-bay shower blocks and single shower units. The shower facilities are gas heated and designed for events where guests stay overnight or where existing leisure facilities are unavailable, making them useful for camping-based celebrations and temporary sites. For longer projects, the units have been used at building sites, schools, factories, refurbishments and sporting venues, and can be adapted to mains water and sewer connections where required. Short- and long-term hire are offered, with a same-day replacement response available subject to availability. The service is intended for weddings, private parties, corporate occasions, festivals, sporting events, country shows, fetes, carnivals and other temporary or project-based settings.
